Faversham Autumn Festival

Following the Government’s guidelines in 2020 in response to the continuing global pandemic, there was much uncertainty surrounding live public events. We did not feel that we would have been able to guarantee the quality of the live experiences we had planned in November 2020 for our audiences whilst keeping everyone safe, so we cancelled the festival.

We did not consider a digital alternative because the driving force behind the Faversham Autumn Festival is to lift spirits by giving local residents a vibrant programme of live art and culture after months of online-only events.

However, we are still working on the Faversham Autumn Festival for its launch in 2022 and will post updates on this website and of course on our social media channels.

Keep safe everyone….

November 2022

In association with the

Programme | Partners | Team and Contributors – coming soon

Bucking the trend of the times and giving a great big shout-out to the superb creative talents we have here in Kent, we are planning to launch the very first Faversham Autumn Festival, a brand new small arts festival taking place over a weekend in November 2022.

A ‘bijou’ autumn Festival

Due to the uncertainty and possible restrictions because of the global pandemic, our first Faversham Autumn Festival will make a virtue out of necessity by being a ‘bijou’ festival that will be intimate in feel but responsibly managed and socially spaced.

In this first year the Festival will focus on a small number of events to allow us to manage the extra considerations of the situation and ensure that everyone involved feels safe and cared for. Looking forward, we aim to grow the Festival year on year, with more events and a wider reach.

Lifting Spirits

As well as breathing much needed light and life back into the town’s cultural scene after the constraints of lockdown, the Faversham Autumn Festival hopes to lift residents’ spirits and connect the local community through arts and culture as we head into winter.

The Faversham Autumn Festival aims to offer the best possible events for the benefit of all, supporting Faversham and its creative professionals after many months of being unable to shine.

A lively programme

Details of the Festival’s lively programme will  include music, film, fine art and magic from acclaimed artists, speakers and performers.

Prepare yourself for some good autumn cheer coming to the town.

We’re on a mission to inspire, uplift and, above all, entertain!
